BLOCKSEAL® Liquid Flashing
BLOCKSEAL® Liquid Flashing is a water-based product that seals window and door substrates in new and existing residential, commercial, and industrial applications. It is one of the few liquid flashing products to meet AAMA 714-22 & 714-19 standards. This product can be applied to a wide variety of surfaces, including weathered wood, shakes, plywood, clapboard, primed metal, galvanized metal, urethane, polyester, adobe, brick, stucco, masonry, slate, and slab.
