UV Readable Inks
UV Readable Ink is used in tire and rubber manufacturing to mark uncured or extruded rubber surfaces for processing and identification purposes.
UV-Readable Ink is applied via Beugler® Wheel or DOD (drop-on-demand) printer. It appears clear until exposed under a UV light. Its co-curable formulation enables it to bond to the rubber in production, particularly during the molding process, to provide great adhesion without transferring onto the mold. The ink is easily readable by UV camera/laser readers and fluoresces a white-blue color.
